🏠 Shreveport Property Tax Information
Property taxes in Shreveport are assessed annually by the Caddo Parish Tax Assessor and mailed out in November. All property taxes are due by December 31 of the assessed year. There are two types of property taxes:
Real Property: Immovable property such as land and buildings.
Personal Property: Movable property such as merchandise, furniture, and fixtures.
For questions regarding assessed value or mailing address, contact the Caddo Parish Tax Assessor's Office at 318-226-6701. For city tax inquiries, reach out to the City of Shreveport Revenue Customer Service at 318-673-5500 or email them. Payments can be made by mail, online, or in person at Government Plaza.
